Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for your tracking link to begin showing live movement.

A Note on Patience

We are a small business and take great care in processing and dispatching every single order. Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer due to high demand, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding — it means the world to us.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
